WOW!!! Austyn Anderson was smokin' fast last night. He broke the track record timing in at 12.033. Congrats Austyn!!

South Sound Speedway - 7/25/09
Along with the weather being HOT; we had some even HOTTER racing on the track. We had lots of cars and lots of fun. We had a night of green, white and checkered. So is made it a fast night.
Forrest Meadows would like to give McLees Racing and family a big Thank You for all there help. It was greatly appreciated.
The drivers last night threw little footballs into the stands for the kids and the kids at heart. The crowd seemed to really enjoy them and also enjoy being able to come down and get there picture taken with there winning driver. (Photo's below.)

Last night was the way to start the season off. We went Green to Checkered on all events. Not to mention a Great night of racing. Weather was awesome. Hope all the racers we missed this weekend can come out next weekend at South Sound. See you there!!

South Sound Speedway - 5/16/09
OMG!! Sunshine it was soooo nice to race in the sun with absolutely no threat of rain. The track was a bit greasy because of the sun along with a few cars dumping oil too. This was a our wingless race and talking to a few drivers they missed there wings. But over all the racing was exciting keep you on the edge of your seat.
This was our third event where the driver's toss frisbee's into the stands for the kids and kids at heart to catch and come down after the race to get there picture taken with the driver they were cheering on. Last night Ray Jones and Jeff Bird gave there trophies to there frisbee holders and the expression on there faces were priceless. This what racing is all about.
